Weekly Schedule 

-Mondays (9:15-10:00): Weight Training

-Tuesdays (7:15-8:00): Weight Training (same workout as Monday)

-Wednesday (9:15-10:00): Total Body

-Thursday (7:15-8:00): Total Body (same workout as Wednesday)

-Friday (9:15-10:00): Fun Friday Workouts
