Home Workouts

Have equipment, but you're not sure where to start?  

Each Sunday night I will send a document that includes 4 workouts:

-Upper Body

-Lower Body

-Total Body

-Cardio & Core

The document will include details on each move, short videos demonstrating 

moves, and modifications when possible. 

Common equipment used will be dumbbells and resistance loops.  But occasionally there will be items from home used as well.
